What this site collects.
One form, six fields, one inbox. This page says what happens to each of them.
This site is published by LINK Packaging.
What the quote form asks for
The form asks for your name, your company, your email address, the product you are interested in, an estimated quantity, and any project notes you want to add. Company and notes are optional. The rest is what we need to answer you.
That is the whole list. The form has no file upload, and it asks for no address, no phone number and no payment details.
One more thing travels with the request: whether you opened the form as a quote or as a consultation. That is set by the link you arrived through, not by anything you fill in.
Where it goes
When you send the form, the details go to Resend, the service that delivers our email, and Resend hands them to the LINK inbox. Resend keeps its own record of what it sends for us, and your details are in that record.
Resend also sends you a copy of your own request, so you keep a record of what you submitted. Your address is set as the reply address on the message we receive, which is how our answer reaches you.
Nothing is written to a database. The copies are the email in our inbox and the record Resend keeps. The one in our inbox stays until we delete it.
What this site does not do
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no advertising or tracking script. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font service, so no outside company sees your visit that way either. The images and the page code come from the same place.
LINK edits the words and pictures on these pages in Sanity, a content system. Sanity stores the pages. It holds nothing about you.
What the server records anyway
The site runs on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel keeps request logs, and those logs include the IP address your browser connects from. We do not read them to build a picture of you, and nothing links them to what you send in the form.
The form endpoint also counts recent submissions per connection, so one script cannot flood the inbox. That counter holds the address in the running server memory only, never on disk, and drops it within about two minutes of your last request.
Asking us to delete it
Write to the address at the end of this page. Tell us which email address you used, and we will tell you what the request contains, or delete it, whichever you ask for.
We do not sell what you send. Outside LINK, the only companies that ever touch it are the email provider and the host named above.
How long a request sits in the inbox depends on the conversation it started, so this page gives you the way to ask rather than a number that would not be true.
Who this site is for
LINK sells packaging to licensed cannabis businesses. This site is not directed to children, and the form asks for nothing beyond the business details above.
Changes to this page
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the bottom changes too.
Who to write to
Deletion requests, and any question about either of these two pages, go to one address, and a person reads it.
