This policy covers what Link Packaging collects when you use this site or reach us by email, phone, or text, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to answer you, fill your order, and see how the site is used. We never sell it.

What we collect
When you request a quote or book a consultation, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, the product you’re interested in, an estimated quantity, and any notes you add.
If you email, call, or text us, we keep what you send, including your contact details and any files like artwork or dielines. If you place an order, we keep your delivery address, and billing runs through our invoicing provider.
Like most websites, our host automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type.
We also use Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site. It mainly records the pages people visit, how they arrived, roughly where they are, and the device and browser they use. When you send a quote or consultation request, Analytics counts the request, but not what you wrote in it.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, prepare quotes, produce and deliver your orders, send invoices, and keep records of our work together. Technical information helps us keep the site running and block spam. Analytics shows us how people find the site and which pages they use. We don’t use any of it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only as needed to do the work.
The companies that run our website, analytics, email, phone, and invoicing handle it on our behalf. Manufacturers and shipping partners get the specs, artwork, and delivery details they need to quote, produce, or deliver your order.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or with a new owner if Link Packaging is ever sold or merged.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser to count visits and to tell a returning visitor from a new one. Google explains how it handles that information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. We don’t use advertising cookies or ad-tracking tools.
To stop Analytics counting your visits, install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or use a browser extension that blocks trackers. Blocking or deleting cookies only stops it recognizing you as a returning visitor. Analytics doesn’t respond to your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting. The site works the same either way.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as we need it to answer you, work together, and maintain the business and tax records the law requires. After that, we delete it.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to the people and partners who need it. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at the address below, and we’ll respond once we confirm the request is yours. We may keep anything we’re required to hold for legal or tax records.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect information from children, and if we learn we have, we’ll delete it in line with applicable law.

If our practices change, we’ll update this page and its date, and call out any significant changes here.
