These terms cover your use of this website and its quote form. Orders work differently: each one is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Link Packaging, and nothing on this page changes that agreement.

Using this site
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
The site describes the packaging we source and the services we offer, and gives you a way to request a quote or book a consultation. How we handle the information you send is covered in our Privacy policy, linked at the bottom of every page.
Quotes and orders
Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote. Materials, finishes, quantities, pricing, and timing are confirmed in writing for each order. If anything on this site differs from your written quote, the written quote is what counts.
Sending the quote form starts a conversation. It doesn’t place an order, reserve stock, or commit either of us to anything. The information you send should be accurate, and you should have the right to share it.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use this site to break the law, send spam through the quote form, copy or scrape its content in bulk, access areas that aren’t public, or interfere with how it runs. We may block or limit access for anyone who misuses the site.
Intellectual property
The text, images, and the Link name and logo on this site belong to Link Packaging or are used with permission. You’re welcome to read and print pages and share links to them, but please don’t republish our content as your own or use our name or logo except to refer to us.
Compliance
Nothing on this site is legal or regulatory advice. We look over artwork against California cannabis packaging rules and flag anything we notice, but that isn’t a guarantee. Final compliance is the licensee’s responsibility.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but it’s provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Pages change, and the site may be unavailable at times while it’s updated or for reasons outside our control.
To the extent the law allows, Link Packaging isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, that result from using this site or relying on its content.
Indemnification
If your misuse of this site or breach of these terms leads to a claim against Link Packaging, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
