These terms cover reading this site and sending the form on it. They do not cover an order. An order is governed by the written agreement between LINK and the customer.
This site is published by LINK Packaging.
What this site is
This site describes the packaging formats LINK sources and the services it offers, and it carries one form that starts a conversation. That is its whole job.
Nothing here is an offer or a quote. Material, finish, quantity, price and timing are confirmed in writing for your run. Where a page here and a written quote disagree, the written quote is the one that counts.
Sending the form
Send details that are yours to send and accurate enough for us to answer. The form takes no attachments, so artwork and dielines come by email once the conversation is open.
Sending the form starts a conversation. It does not place an order, hold stock, or commit either side to anything.
What is on the pages
The text, the images, and the LINK name and logo belong to the business that publishes this site. Read the pages, print them, and share the links. Do not republish the material as your own, and do not use the name or the logo except to refer to LINK.
What you should not rely on this site for
Nothing on this site is legal or regulatory advice. LINK checks artwork against California packaging rules as part of a run, and final compliance sits with the licensee.
LINK is not responsible for a loss that comes from relying on a page here instead of on a written quote.
When the site is unavailable
Pages change, and the site can be down while it is being updated or while the host has a problem. LINK does not promise the site is reachable at any given moment.
The agreement that governs an order
Quotes, orders and ongoing work are governed by a separate written agreement between LINK and the customer. Nothing on this page changes that agreement, and nothing on this page adds to it.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the bottom changes with it. Using the site after that means the version on the page is the one that applies.
Who to write to
Deletion requests, and any question about either of these two pages, go to one address, and a person reads it.
